Qanat Al Qasba, Sharjah has a wonderful selection of cafes and restaurants along the canal which is very pleasant at this time of year. There is a fountain dance in the afternoon and a very long paved walkway following the water perfect for bike rides and strolling. Many events take place there.
At the weekends it takes just 15 minutes to drive there and back and you can easily stay half the day without realising it.
