My kids' favourite is Spaghetti Primavera with a choice of sauces. We ask for penne instead of spaghetti (too messy!) and for the sauce on the side as the kids are amused by dipping the pasta, chicken and vegetables! The portion is large enough to share.
With complimentary herby bread as starter, it's a family favourite.

Festival City - baby changing facilities within female toilets containing a little playpen to keep toddlers safe while you change baby or pop in the loo.

Marks & Spencers - Dubai Festival City - spacious changing rooms so pushchair and other children can go in with you.
Babies R Us - located within Toys R Us in Festival City, there is a large room with facilities for mums with babies and kids: separate feeding and changing areas plus toilet for mums.
